No, really. Who are you beneath all of the movement?
If you take away that one thing that plagues you, takes over your thoughts and controls you, what’s left? WHO is left?
We allow our problems to take us over and live at the forefront of our thoughts. Sitting there for weeks, months or years. Maybe as you are reading this yours is lurking above you.
It’s time to align. Take away the problem and start to explore what’s beneath. Let’s get to know ourselves at the core. Take this as a sign to meet your true self. Quiet your mind, take a yoga class, a seat in meditation, try a new craft or take a walk. Reconnect and explore.
